Terms
Terms of service for SpeakerOneSheet
The agreement between you and MLJ, SASU when you use this site or subscribe to the service. In force from September 4, 2026.
1. Acceptance
By visiting speakeronesheetapp.com, sending a request through the contact form, or subscribing to a SpeakerOneSheet plan, you accept these terms. If you are agreeing on behalf of a speaking business, a practice or a bureau, you confirm that you have the authority to bind that organization. If you do not accept these terms, do not use the service. These terms sit alongside the privacy policy and the legal notice, which form part of the same agreement.
2. What the service is
SpeakerOneSheet is a subscription web application that publishes a living speaker one sheet. It hosts topic pages describing the keynotes and workshops you deliver, an availability calendar that can synchronize with Google Calendar and Outlook, fee bands organized by event type, a downloadable speaker kit, and an inquiry pipeline that records requests from event planners from first contact through to a confirmed booking. The service is software. It does not act as a speakers bureau, does not represent you commercially, does not source engagements on your behalf, and takes no commission on any booking you make.
3. Accounts and eligibility
You must be at least eighteen years old and able to enter into a binding contract. You are responsible for the accuracy of the account details you provide, for keeping your credentials confidential, and for everything done under your account. Tell us promptly at jimenezjulien42@gmail.com if you believe your account has been accessed without your permission. On the Speaker Team plan the account holder is responsible for the conduct of every speaker and coordinator invited to the roster.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the service to publish unlawful, defamatory or infringing material, to misrepresent your credentials or your right to deliver a topic, to impersonate another speaker, to upload material you do not have the rights to, to attempt to gain unauthorized access to the platform or to other customers' workspaces, to probe or stress the infrastructure, or to resell access to the service without our written agreement. Automated scraping of the platform is not permitted. We may suspend an account that breaches this section, and where the breach is serious or repeated we may terminate it.
5. Subscription and billing
Three plans are offered. Solo Speaker costs $19 per month, Speaker Pro costs $49 per month, and Speaker Team costs $119 per month, each billed monthly in United States dollars. Prices exclude any sales tax or VAT that applies in your jurisdiction, which is added at checkout time where required. Your subscription renews automatically each month on the anniversary of the date you started it, and the card on file is charged on that date. If a payment fails we retry it and notify you; if the balance remains unpaid after fourteen days we may suspend access until it is settled. We give at least thirty days' written notice before changing the price of an existing subscription, and you may cancel within that notice period if the new price does not suit you.
6. Cancellation and refunds
You can cancel at any time from your account settings, with no cancellation fee and no notice period. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the monthly period you have already paid for, and your one sheet stays online until that date. We do not automatically refund a partial month, but if you cancel within seven days of a renewal you did not intend and have not used the service in that period, write to us and we will refund it. On cancellation you can export your topics, your fee bands, your calendar entries and every inquiry as CSV files. We retain your workspace for thirty days after cancellation in case you return, and then delete it.
7. Your content and your data
Everything you put into the service stays yours: your topic descriptions, your biography, your headshots, your fee bands, your calendar and the inquiries planners send you. You grant MLJ, SASU only the licence needed to host that material, display it on the page you publish and process it to operate the service. We do not sell your data, do not share planner contact details with anyone, and do not use your content to train machine learning models. You are responsible for having the rights to any photograph, logo or client name you upload.
8. Service availability
We aim for 99.9 percent monthly availability and publish planned maintenance in advance, scheduling it outside United States business hours wherever possible. The service depends on third parties, including our host and the calendar providers we synchronize with, and an outage at one of those providers can affect availability. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error free operation. If a fault on our side makes the service unusable for more than eight consecutive hours in a month, tell us and we will credit that month's fee on a pro rata basis.
9. Warranty disclaimer
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the service is provided as is and as available, without warranty of any kind, whether express, implied or statutory, including any implied warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non infringement. We do not warrant that using SpeakerOneSheet will produce any particular number of inquiries, bookings or fees. The figures published on this site describe the results reported by customers and are not a promise about your business.
10. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, MLJ, SASU is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, including lost bookings, lost profits, lost speaking fees, loss of goodwill or loss of data, arising out of or connected with the service. Our total aggregate liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these terms excludes liability for fraud, for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded.
11. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify MLJ, SASU against any claim, demand, loss or reasonable legal cost brought by a third party and arising from material you published through the service, from your breach of these terms, or from your infringement of another person's rights. We will tell you promptly about any such claim and will not settle it without consulting you.
12. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms to reflect a change in the service or in the law. The current version always sits on this page with its effective date. Where a change materially affects your rights we give at least thirty days' notice by email before it takes effect, and continuing to use the service after that date means you accept the new version. If you do not accept it, you may cancel without penalty.
13. Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by French law. Any dispute that cannot be settled amicably falls under the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Paris, France. If you are a consumer in the United States, this clause does not remove a protection or a forum that the law of your state grants you and that cannot be waived by agreement.
14. Contact
